Poultry Housing Basics Workshop
Are you considering keeping a backyard chicken flock? Have plans to purchase or build a coop? This program will cover the basics of poultry housing to help ensure that your birds are safe, healthy and productive.

Experienced poultry keeper, exhibitor and breeder, 4H Poultry Club Leader
Registration required and space is limited.
The program will include information on:
• the ideal coop
• buying vs. building your own
• new vs. recycled materials
• styles of housing and their pros and cons
• feeders, waterers, and bedding
Program Fee $3
All proceeds go to the Monroe County 4H Poultry Club
