Abundant Harvest Farms was established in Bloomington, Indiana in 2009 by Ferrol Johnson, with a mission to make organic gardening easy to understand and affordable for everyone. Using his father’s recipes, Johnson has developed a high yield, high performance urban organic gardening system.

AHF produces environmentally friendly organic plant and garden food and also offers weekly organic gardening workshops. The workshops are designed for students at any level and urban gardeners are encouraged to attend. This one hour workshop will teach you the essentials for creating healthy, fertile soil in your organic garden. Prices: The one hour workshop cost $24.95 per person. Organic plant and garden food comes in 2.5-pound compostable packs for $8.95 each. Workshop tickets and products are available at FARMbloomington and Bloomingfoods Eastside.
